BodyPark ATOM - Stand Alone

After an unsuccessful initial delivery, I was left without the device and temporarily without funds. However, the BodyPark team reached out and applied maximum effort to resolve the situation, arranging a replacement to an alternative address with proper delivery instructions. Great customer service!

Absolutely love my Atom. Does exactly what I wanted it to do when I bought it and my workouts and progress have improved as a result.

I don’t often write product reviews—I think I’ve written fewer than ten in total. I only review products that I believe are exceptional, and the BodyPark Atom fits that description.

I work out alone in my home gym, and I had become increasingly concerned that problems with my form could eventually lead to injury. I knew some smart gyms were beginning to use computer vision to evaluate exercise form, so I started looking for a product that could provide similar feedback at home. I tried several, but none of them worked particularly well.

Then I saw the BodyPark Atom advertised on Facebook, and it looked like it might meet my needs. I was a little apprehensive because it was a Kickstarter product that I had seen advertised primarily on Facebook, but I decided to take a chance on it.

I’ll be honest: when I first received the Atom, the product was a bit rough. However, over the past six weeks, the BodyPark team has released weekly updates that have vastly improved it. I now use the Atom every day, and it has helped me improve my form substantially.

Just today, I was doing rear-delt cable flyes. I went from achieving only one perfect rep in my first set to achieving ten perfect reps in my third set—in a single workout!

Real-time form feedback is the most important feature for me, but the Atom also offers several other features that may be valuable to other users, including rep counting, rest-time tracking, velocity tracking, and workout planning.

I think the Atom could be especially valuable for beginners and intermediate gym users, as well as anyone who works out alone and wants immediate, objective feedback on their form.

This product has enormous potential. Given the energy and effort the development team continues to put into improving it, I believe the BodyPark Atom could become an indispensable part of any home gym.

Es bueno para entrenar, solo hay que saber donde colocarlo de acuerdo al ejercicio para que mida con presición, aun necesita refinar algunos ejercicios, ya que no todos los ejercicios los cuenta bien.

Me ayudado a corregir mi postura y mejorar mis ejercicios, es divetido entrenar con Atom.

Desafortunadamente el ritmo cardiaco no lo lee de mi reloj, aun no es compatible con samsung, tengo un galaxy watch ultra.

Por lo demas es una buena idea que aun requiere mejoras, espero mejor con futuras actualizaciones

This little device, has ramped up my training regiment. I always work out solo, so having something like this helps me to improve on my movements, and makes new training programs easier to implement. The only change I would like, is to incorporate my I pod pro’s, but other than that, I’m glad that the developer’s are still improving this device. Best purchase I’ve made this year!

Was excited to purchase BodyPark atom and give it a try, truly did not disappoint and I love the ai feature of how its help with your body mechanics and form in each movement to get the lost out of your workout. It’s been a great addition to my tool kit.

I decided to give this little AI gym companion a try and it did not disappoint. I have very happy with how easy the set up was and how portable this. I do a lot of traveling so being able to take this with me wherever I go is a huge bonus. There is still tons of room for growth but the team is constantly putting out updates and improvements. The tracking works well. The voice feedback is loud and useful. Overall I am very happy with this and am excited to see what the future holds for it. Bodypark has been better than expected! The connectivity is solid but you need to ensure you have fast enough speed not only from the provider but also the routers used in your house. Without, it will continuously disconnect and have trouble tracking your movements. Once I figured that out it seemed to work much better. I do wish the realtime feedback could reword some of the corrections it mentions when I’m not understanding it specifically if I prompt it to- that’d be even more helpful to proper form.
